About Our Home Builders

As a young child, Stacy Conley would sweep out her mother's houses. She was fascinated with the idea of building functional structures from scratch, and all of the interconnecting parts coordinated in designing a home.  After pursuing a career in Psychology and Real Estate, she decided it was a dream to grow houses and communities, and Thieneman Conley Construction was born. 

The first female and former president of the Hombuilders Association, Pat Thieneman Seitz, and her daughter, Stacy, combined their skills and vision to build a company on a foundation of family.
